About us
Who we are
Zambesi Health focuses on promoting health awareness, hygiene practices and zoonotic disease control in rural communities in Namibia and Zambia. We have created effective long-term structures through various projects, training courses and workshops and the construction of a dairy.
The organization works closely with local communities and stakeholders and takes a bottom-up approach to ensure direct, needs-based support. Donations to Zambesi Health help to improve health services, combat diseases, promote education and awareness and support disadvantaged groups.

The association is characterized by transparency, accountability and the direct use of resources to create sustainable solutions in healthcare.
The work of Zambesi Health e.V. to promote human and animal health in the Zambezi region has made significant progress. By producing educational material in comic form, available in local languages, we have improved education about zoonotic diseases and raised awareness of the dangers of revaccinated dogs in the communities.
